Telescopic pole to allow positioning and removal of HOOK LIFELINE temporary lifeline.

The pole has a specially-shaped tip for holding the metal ring of the life line connector, to hold the connector open and allow it to be positioned on a raised attachment point, which would otherwise be inaccessible. The life line can be easily removed with a similar operation.
